Truth

"The truth will set you free."

Well technically the real quote is as followed.

John 8:31-32 "Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."

Yes, it was in the bible, so sue me. You know, those words (whether you believe the bible to be true or not) are some of the most astounding things ever heard by man-kind. Do you know the feeling of the burden of lies just putting pressure and weight on your shoulders? Do you understand the feeling of the weight that is lifted once you finally tell the truth?!

I've read a book recently called The Pact by Jodi Picoult. And to not spoil it I recommend it to go on your reading list. But because the truth Jodi Picoult expressed how your life can change...just by speaking truth.

So remember this the next time you go to tell someone a lie, because the truth will set you free and you never know when it will change you're life.
